Writing about Running

A diary, mostly about running, by Aseem Vadehra

Took another day

Last night was a late evening because of a family commitment. I was wishy washy in how I would manage to run. Instead once I reached the venue – at which the function was held – I decided to skip the intervals today.

Let my hair down and be with the family. I nearly never do this. One way or the other, I plan my run in. To skip is never an option. But perhaps I am allowed this leeway once out of a hundred times.
