Today, while listening on the way to the track, I wanted to continue listening to the fifteen / twenty minute long tracks.
There was something about hearing continuous repetitions in some of the raga explorations and running loop after loop.
One thing led to another and back at home, it was plank and core workouts listening to Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan sahib.
