It turns out it was the hottest day on record in New Delhi yesterday. Apparently, that particular weather station that recorded the temperature at over 52 degrees needs to be checked. Well, tomato tomato.
This morning I decided to run the treadmill again. I wanted the extra half hour of sleep, and for a plethora of reasons it was more convenient.
Playing with the dials, listening to Nusrat’s far-ranging voice at dawn, the run started at an easy pace and built to an easy-moderate effort.
Finishing with a quick circuit workout immediately and having saved travel time can sometimes be helpful.
