The treadmill gave me some trouble today or perhaps it’s the other way round. I should have her serviced soon. For all the pounding, a machine needs its servicing.

I finished part run on the tread and partly outside which was just as well because the weather was reasonable and the wind was nearly cool.

A quick bars workout later and I was all set for the morning.
