This morning I woke up a bit late but in time for a one hour time on feet before heading to work.
But, I asked a colleague for a quick call and that turned out to be an hour and half. Does walking count? I missed the run and walked throughout the call.
No it doesn’t. I always walk and talk quite like the rest of my family. It isn’t a run. Not remotely.
So that was that. A missed day.
