Hotel Run

Friday – my usual optional run day is quite perfect to get a short treadmill run done in a hotel gym.

Normally I run on Marine Drive in Bombay but this time I was staying in Bandra. A convenient run on a fabulous LifeFitness treadmill, playing with the incline and speed dials meant, I was done in no time.
