Last night, I went to sleep on the later side, exhausted with a long day at work and stuffed with halwa as comfort food.
This morning, within half hour of waking up, I was on the treadmill. I felt energetic – it must be the halwa – and dialled up the speed every two and half minutes. That made the hour go by quicker as also the miles tick along faster.
At the end, I was drenched in sweat and rounded up the morning with a quick core workout.
