Tank Tops are for Scots

The temperature was in the single digits. By all means it was cold. But clearly not for some folks at the track who wore tiny shorts and tank tops doing sprints in the cold dark morning.

I, on the other hand, wore three layers.

The pollution was back today. I stuck to an easy lane nine for time on feet, scarcely looking at the watch and keeping the pace in control.

I had a broad smile on my face when I correctly guessed my last round. Back at home, it was a core workout to round up the Tuesday.
