TM in Netherlands

I am in Amsterdam, Holland. I only just found out the difference between Netherlands and Holland.

But a recap here of the morning. Woke up at a reasonably early time. It was cold out and especially in Amsterdam, I wasn’t too keen to try and figure out the best route for a quick one hour. As it is, I was short on time.

So I made my way to the dreary gym, but surprisingly, it turned out to be a good fartlek effort on the treadmill.
