Writing about Running

A diary, mostly about running, by Aseem Vadehra

Three Park Thursday

As soon as I landed, finished a few work calls, I changed into running gear and off I went.

It was typical London weather with a slight rain that subdued into a blowing mist and then back to raining again as if the atmosphere above was in and out of REM.

It was a loop around St James’s Park, down Constitution Hill skirting Green Park and into Hyde Park down the Serpentine and back up around the lake. I retraced the route back to the hotel and finished exactly on the hour.
