Short endless bursts of intervals

When you’ve got 30 x 200m that totals up to only 6 kilometres, you tell yourself, ‘it’s all good.’

Whatever !

Man, these just felt absolutely ruthless, endless and outright bananas in the heat.

Back home, a workout with the young boy rounded up the morning to an avocado and toast breakfast.
