Because I missed yesterday morning, I decided to forgo the long run to do the hard work. Not only was it hard, it was nearly impossible. Broke down the sets eventually into more manageable sections.
Almost immediately went to the track meet at Chhatrasal Stadium for the young boy. The sea of boys (and it was boys only today) was incredible. The youth of India is an untapped resource of infinite energy. Just come to track to see it.
