Intervals by the Serpentine

Today I went to Hyde Park when it was already light out. This time I headed to the serpentine and ran my intervals up and down from near the entry point to the first cafe. From cafe then to near the carriageway that crosses over the river. There were plenty of runners including folks doing intervals. A father and son that naturally reminded me of the young boy. All manner of folks taking a stroll. A lovely gay couple very much in love – linked arms, sweet smiles and nuzzling. A London in love or in love in London.
